I just returned from Copan Ruinas a couple weeks ago. I usually take Hedman Alas from San Pedro Sula. There is much road construction going on which should reduce travel time and improve safety. On my last night in Copan, my friends and I ate at Mi Tío, Parrillada Uruguaya. We ordered the meat platter that served all five of us with plenty of leftovers. We received friendly service and the food was excellent.
