If you've been missing really great, authentic and fresh Lebanese cuisine, here is where you'll find it. Zaatar has a very simple ethos, one that we never compromise..... the food we serve has to be the best quality, authentic Lebanese cuisine possible. ALL our food is made from scratch. That includes all our sauces. You will not find a single bottle of mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup or chilli sauce in our kitchen. We don’t use ANY colours or preservatives, and certainly never any flavour enhancers or ‘flavourings’. If an ingredient didn’t exist in a Lebanese kitchen 100 years ago, you won’t find it in our kitchen either.
