The presence of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans in some places for 500 years, the least where the last 400 years. Even the presence in Hungary exceeds 150 years. Later on, a new immigration began and the most exquisite food culture of the Balkans, Bosniak Cuisine, found a wide place in Anatolia.
