Founded in 1953 by H. Rüştü ALTUNBAŞ as Hisar Family Tea Garden in 2015, with the death of Rüştü ALTUNBAŞ , his son Erkan ALTUNBAŞ entered into renovation works in order to move the business to more advanced and high quality service and now serves as Cafe & Restaurant. In this context, the renewed staff, interior and exterior decoration and cuisine, as well as international cuisine and regional delicacies, rich breakfast and Brunch continues to maximize the quality of service. The location allows you to witness the historical features along with the unique Bosphorus view and the walls of Rumeli Hisar Castle built by our Sultan Fatih Sultan Mehmed Han.
