Kadir Karmak 's story started with dishwashing in 1953, and he continued with a waitress on the transfer of Monsieur Avyeri, who settled in Greece in 1964, to Vilado Todorovic. Kadir Karmak, the partner of the company he worked for 8 years later, opened a tavern in Nevizade Sokak in order to maintain his profession with the sale of the Krepen Passage in 1981 while this rise continued. The bold decisions taken in the past and the experiences that have taken place have made it a trademark as Kadir's place became the first fruit shop of Nevizade Sokak while being effective in this process. Erdinç Bey, son of Kadir Karmak, has been continuing his 50 years of experience in the hands of Greek masters. Karmak, who says that he is doing what he needs if he wants the continuity of his predecessor, says that behind this success story is confidence and self-sacrifice.
