About 25 years ago in a small hut under the branches of a plane tree bloomed all our dreams ... In those years, we started by selling only 50 cups a day for these successes. One day 18 guests came to our small shop to drink tea at the same time. Come to see that we had 14 cups of tea. What should we do? With these 14 cups, we first gave tea to 14 people. We collected the tea blanks of our 4 guests who finished their tea first, washed it and refilled tea and gave tea to the other 4 guests. In our village and on the old InegOl Bursa road, no business was opened until that day. Here we first came to your service by selling products such as tea, toast, cookies and biscuits ... to fill this gap. Therefore, we are the first operation of our village and the road we are on. In time, we started to make eggs and sausage. And in the meantime, in 2000, we moved to our new place of 110 m2 (as it was then), which we will serve until 2018 just behind this cabin. and we made our first meatballs this year and served this year. In 2002, we started our first breakfast service in this new shop. We worked in this shop until May 2018 by improving ourselves and adding new standards to our quality every year. We started to give service in May 2018 after 10 months in our new facility, where we started to build in July 2017 after obtaining all legal permissions. In this new place, we are pleased to welcome 1,500 guests a day in the field of village breakfast and grill varieties with 60 staff. We are a family company founded by Yakup Fidan a quarter century ago and managed by their children Omer Faruk Fidan and Furkan Fidan. Although we have no partners, we do not have any other branches.
