Who thought learning could taste so good? This was a quick stop en route to Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth Hangout from the cruise port. This small location makes chocolate by hand, approximately 60 bars a day. They provide a history of chocolate, the process and provided samples. We tasted the roasted beans and then various types of chocolate from dark 80, to white. There are items for purchase as well as ice cream and beverages. I bought the dark chocolate and had an espresso. Worth a stop.
