The Kireçburnu Bakery is a family-run establishment with a long-standing history in the Kireçburnu district of Istanbul. The story of the family, which began in the early 1900s with the bakery of Camlihemsin and Russia, continued in 1957 in Kireçburnu, Istanbul. Kireçburnu looks at the opening of the Sea of Marmara to the Black Sea. The smell of cookies and buns has been intertwined with the smell of the sea for many years. The fragrance of this beautiful paste, which began half a century ago, continues to grow even more intensively every year.
