Today, a variety of dishes accompany us on our extensive menu, always aggiornating with new flavors but never losing our essence: pizza. With more than 50 varieties, pizza continues to be the specialty of the house since our beginnings in the Caballito neighborhood. 50 YEARS OF HISTORY In 1968, San Carlos opened its doors. Two good friends, a Spanish (José Luis Fernández) and an Italian (Juan Furlan), managed to merge their roots into a family-oriented gastronomic proposal. Today those who have accompanied us from our beginnings enjoy San Carlos with their children and grandchildren. Over the years, new flavors were added with a very clear intention: to maintain its origins in each dish. A FAMILY Since its inception, more than a thousand people have worked in San Carlos. From their place, each one has fulfilled a special function, contributing their grain of sand in what is now the great San Carlos family.
