At the very beginning of Las Adelitas was chef Rodrigo . At first, he tenaciously tried to promote traditional Mexican tastes in several restaurants in Prague. However, none of them allowed him to prepare meals according to traditional recipes. He has always been forced to adhere to the commercial and mainstream arrangements of Mexican food. And so, after two years, Rodrigo decided to abandon social security and follow the orthodox Mexican heart (and also his eager pelvis) to his feet.
