Jonathan’s extensive knowledge of South East Asian cuisine was acquired first-hand after spending 16 years working in restaurants across the Asian region before moving to Tasmania in 2022, while Chris has been leading the Mr. Good Guy kitchen since 2018. “South East Asian Culture is bright, energetic and dynamic.
