Vit Beo opened in January 2018. Chef David Huynh left the world of bartending and cocktails to reconnect with his roots to bring everyday Vietnamese food to Torontotonians in a new way. Vit Beo is a small 16 seat restaurant with an open kitchen. It is designed to create an intimate dining experience that closely connects diners with our cooks. The backdrop is casual with a large mural of the Da Lat landscape behind our chefs table. The pastel colours of the landscape blend into the the rest of the high ceiling dining room with tones of light woods. The mosaic table tops are modelled after the many mosaic pagodas of Vietnam.
