On a cozy corner off of bustling Bliss Street in Beirut, Sirena maintains it’s spot since 1960. The Indian restaurant, which was founded more than 50 years ago by Bhisham Varma, will be reopening and continuing it’s tradition of serving authentic Punjabi cuisine. Sirena was the first restaurant in the region to serve Indian food, and the legacy now continues by the founder’s son (Raji Varma) and his granddaughters
