Korea is one of the few countries with ancient culinary traditions that have survived to this day. Korean cuisine is rightly called one of the most useful. The cuisines of the neighboring countries of Northeast Asia are significantly different from the Korean ones. Korean cuisine has its original national dishes, such as kimchi (vegetable spicy dish of sauerkraut or radish), hwa (raw fish dish: slices are poured with vinegar, then put pepper, salt, garlic, finely chopped carrots or radish, after 20 minutes the dish is served to the table, kuksu (home-made noodles from unleavened dough, it is served to meat or chicken broth, in which pepper, soy, kimchi are added for sharpness).
