The restaurant is located in the historic part of Bukhara, near the famous architectural complex Lab-i Hauz. It offers a wide variety of Uzbek dishes, including traditional pastry items, as well as Bukhara wines and most delicious local fruits and vegetables. Almost all the main course dishes are cooked on the open fire. There is also a tandir clay oven for samsa pasties and flatbreads in the yard. An outdoor eating area is also available. The building of the restaurant dates from the 19th century, so the outside appearance and interior is historic traditional Uzbek. The hall features wall niches, fine stucco carvings and traditional Bukhara murals of beautiful geometric designs.
