Back in 1970, Don Ricardo Garlando, together with his wife and with the collaboration of his family, achieved his dream: “His own ice cream shop”. He had worked since he was a child together with the Bortolot family in their ice cream parlors "El Piave", in the southern area of Greater Buenos Aires, where he learned the trade. In 1979 the premises of Calle Lacarra 326 was inaugurated, a place where you can see how our products are made, with the best raw materials on the market, 100% handmade! Later the premises of Av. Avellaneda 2399 will be opened, and then that of Primera Junta 1379. Always accompanied by his children, who currently share the management of the family business, in order to continue reaching customers with the best service and excellent quality, trying to satisfy the tastes and needs regarding a good dessert of all those who we they choose day by day.
