Our steakhouse and restaurant is a family business that has been serving its guests to their complete satisfaction since 1992. On weekends we offer home cooking with fresh Thuringian dumplings. We almost exclusively use products from the Thuringia region, such as fresh vegetables from Dittelstedt, as well as quality meat from private butchers and fresh mushrooms from Thüringer Pilzhof. In addition, we offer seasonal delicacies such as fresh asparagus, chanterelles or other delicacies. In addition, we are known for our good Argentine pasture beef steaks.
