"Intourist" restaurant is the first author's cuisine restaurant in Baku. In menu here are presented four cuisines – Caucasian and Slavic – well-known to Baku residents and two not so famous – Baltic and Central Asian cuisines, that experienced chef Andrey Orlov has brought to Baku. One more specialty of the restaurant is the prices – all courses from the main menu cost just 10 AZN.
