"Salvador Dali" is an elegant and status restaurant, operating at the large banquet complex Caspian Crystal. It is located on the outskirts of the Black City, near the Baku-Passenger station. Nearby is the Trump Tower Business Center, the Efendiyev Clinical Hospital, the Police Department and the Marble Plant. The restaurant occupies a spacious room with huge windows on the 9th floor.
