We opened the first Verdi Pizzeria on December 4, 1993 in the center of Plovdiv, at 8 Otets Paisiy Street. It attracted an incredible flow of customers and lovers of Italian cuisine. For the first time on this day the Plovdiv people were caught in a restaurant where, behind a glass window, skillful craftsmen "turn" the dough over their heads and bake before the eyes of all the first "pizza originale" in the city. The masters behind the glass were the owners themselves.
