Relaxed and informal restaurant. Contemporary Nordic / Norwegian cuisine. One of the many “new Scandinavian” restaurants in Copenhagen. Excellent dishes with superbly selected ingredients, creating an exciting and holistic experience of tasting each dish. Particularly outstanding in this version of a very seasonal menu were the hearts of ducks with a bouillon snack; hake with fermented beans and smoked cauliflower puree; and sweet bread with fermented gooseberry sauce and other healthy things.
