The Sarkka Restaurant is located on the corner of Letkunpuisto Park, in the heart of Oulu, and is named after a drinking cup. Restaurant Sarkka is one of the strongholds where the basics stay; cold beer flows into the pots and the hungry walker gets a steamy homemade plate ahead of him. Any cup of Sarkka is not there - you can sample authentic Oulu traditional dishes, such as russet pots and bread jackets, which you no longer want to find anywhere else. Sarkka's colorful clientele has represented society as a whole. In memory of years past, our lovely customer still cares about our customers in Sarka. In addition, there is a Hyssälä named after the Minister of Social Affairs and Health who visited Sarkka.
