In order to take up the idea of doing justice to such a rich selection of regional drinks, we have set ourselves the goal of including premium products from the local area in our drinks menu. Be it in terms of beer, which is unrivalled in terms of quality and freshness, but also in the whole variety of beers from the Schönbuch brewery, or in terms of wine, where we have deliberately placed the emphasis on Württemberg and Baden. Young and modern winemakers, innovative and in keeping with the spirit of the times, have a secure place on our drinks menu. Lovers of international wines will also find what they are looking for here, but the motto here is "Why go far away when the good is so close?"
