DE: Set just a walking distance from Aachener Weiher, our shop in Cologne is our little home from home. When designing the shop we didn’t have a fixed plan about how it should look. What we knew is how it should feel. We listened to our feelings and tapped into our Englishness. When in the shop we often have the feeling of being in a little corner of our homeland. Maybe it’s because of the cornish pasties, the proper tea or the English-speaking staff. In fact, we think it’s a mixture of all of this and more. But whatever it is that gives the shop its unique feel, we think you’ll agree that once inside, you can let your worries drain away and get enough energy to tackle the rest of the day ahead. Or maybe you just want to reminisce about your last trip to the island in peace and quiet. Whatever you can take out of your time in the shop, we hope you’ll feel welcome the whole time you’re there.
