Bare Restaurant is an ambitious and playful restaurant, based on Nordic cuisine. Our menus vary with the season and access to local produce. Just is the result of our philosophy and love for the raw materials our surrounding nature provides. Just a modern Nordic restaurant. Our expression is based on the best organic produce from our region's farms. Bare Restaurant & Bar is located in Bergen Børs Hotel. A historic building designed by Franz Willhelm Schiertz constructed in 1862.
