Chleboteka is a modern bakery in the center of Wroclaw, where with a fancy and attention to every detail, we bake traditional bread. We created this place out of love for the taste and smell of real bread, that's why we use only the best flour and natural sourdoughs. The process of baking some baking takes even 48 hours. All this to achieve a unique taste from three basic products: flour, water and salt. We bake each loaf of flour from small farm mills with multigenerational traditions - for example Kopytowa in Podkarpacie and Dąbrowica near Wrocław. It is thanks to careful selection of ingredients that we get a unique, natural aroma of real bread. We have not forgotten in the bread-making, also about lovers of sweet pastries. We invite you to the cakes and cookies our grandmas used to cook many years ago.
