One of the highest restaurants in Europe is the 62nd floor of the Federation Tower, not a joke. From this comes the main local problem: there are not enough tables at the window for everyone; as practice shows, preference is given to large, from six people, companies. Otherwise, everything is done with chic, and even with some excesses: there is a transparent floor in the elevators, about the same number of waiters as guests. Frenchman Regis Trigel headed the kitchen (“Brasserie Bridge”, etc.) took up a large-scale restructuring - in 2017, not only the menu will change, but also the design and approach to the service; the first beginnings signal movement in the right direction (at least now you can eat well at Sixty). What is guaranteed to remain is the view - and it is truly amazing.
