The restaurant KITCHEN is located on the top floor of the modern BC Clever Park in walking distance from Mayakovsky Park. We could write about the stunning view of the city and river, the huge summer terrace and observation deck, but the main thing is the Kitchen. To make you understand our passion, we designed it right in the middle of the hall and removed all the walls. An important part of the KITCHEN restaurant is the Drying Room: jamón, chorizo, copa, sun-dried duck and turkey accompanied by legendary dried tomatoes - the dried process takes place right before your eyes. We make our own sausages and ham for our branded pizza. We not only cook cool steaks on coals, but also accompany them with gastronomic oils and serve it all on the Ural semi-precious stones. Chef Miron skillfully intertwines Uralic values, culture and local products in the restaurant.
