The furnishings in the rooms exude comfort with a local accent. The traditional menu is characterized by hearty delicacies such as shoulder of pork with potato dumplings, Ansbacher bratwurst and an extensive selection of beers. Another specialty of the house is the "Mohrentöpfchen": pork fillet strips in mustard cream sauce with pickled gherkins, onions and mushrooms, with broccoli and fried pretzel bundt cake.
