Very fresh seafood at this Hilton Hotel restaurant situated between the swimming pool and the sea. Perfect for a romantic dinner with a chilled bottle of white wine and the sound of the waves breaking on the seashore only a few metres away. The a la carte menu sells seafood by the kilo with a variety of cooking and sauce options. Everything is clean and prepared fresh, daily. The seabass is served whole but has been de-boned – wonderful. The crab cakes are superb and the soft shell crab is very fresh.
