Established in March 2013, Samphire Brasserie is owned by Head Chef Joe Wadge & manager, Becca Speare. We are backed by a passionate team who showcase the most innovative & modern vegan cuisine in Devon and Cornwall. We have an exciting menu which boasts fresh local ingredients wherever possible, altering through the year as the seasons change. All meals are freshly made to order and if there are any special dietary requirements we will do our best to meet your needs.
