This grill is fired on 3-year dried French oak wood. This provides a unique taste to our dishes. We love to turn up the heat. The temperature of the grill can reach as high as 300 degrees. To ensure that the oak wood continues to smolder beautifully, the blocks are kept constantly moist. A precise job, carried out with love by our chefs.
