The Hill Station was born out of a long lasting love and admiration for the area once called the Tonkinese Alps, its inhabitants and their unique culture and cuisine. Our first restaurant, The Hill Station Deli & Boutique, opened it’s doors in early 2011 and aimed at linking the French heritage of Sapa as a colonial hill station with the area’s ethnic culture and produce. Since then our goal has been to introduce our guests to the rich culinary and cultural tradition of this unique location nestled in the shadow of Fansipan mountain; passionately called The Roof of Indochine.
