We get fresh perch, perch and whitefish, according to the season. In addition to fresh fish, we sell smoked fish. Less salmon is served, but sometimes it is. The fish is caught in the Gulf of Finland off the coast of Kotka. Finnish fish is good and of good quality everywhere. Fishermen know how to handle fish properly. The gear is such that the fish are alive in the trap, and the bleeding and freezing of the catch, ie packing the fish with icebergs, is handled immediately.
