Our ambition is to provide a unique dining experience that will benefit France in general. The main focus is on the Normandy and Brittany regions, with a touch of the north. We serve gluten-free "nutritional pies" galite made from organic buckwheat flour with different combinations of cheese, meat, fish and vegetables. Krebs are pastry desserts and they remind us of Sweden but we are sweeter, thinner, crunchy and gluten free. We have many French classics such as Normandy crepe, calvados flamed with crepe with butter fried apples in cinnamon and sugar and classic with butter and lemon sugar. But we also have many custom variants with modern variants and exciting flavors!
