Eighteen 22 is born out of my own personal culinary journey. Opening my first restaurant at 18 and my first cafe at 22, my love affair with the culinary world was born. It allowed me to appreciate the hustle of the cafe world from that first morning coffee hit to the laid back old school charm of restaurant life. I grew a deep appreciation for both worlds.
