Sandella's started its journey back in 1994 when Mike Stimola decided to open a small coffee and sandwich shop which he named after his wife, Sandy and his mom, Ellajane. The first Sandella's restaurant opened in the United States in Connecticut that year. Sandella's products stand out as healthy options that were fresh, fast and delicious.
