We can never forget our trips with our mothers to Souq Waqef as little children. The smell of fresh herbs and spices filled our hearts with warmth and joy. Growing up, we got to travel the world, always seeking that magical childhood moment staring at all the different shades of spices at the Dukkan. As far as we travel, we always missed our roots, always missed Souq Waqef.
