We get the beans for our coffee from the Röstbar, a great roaster in Münster. Fair trade and an excellent aroma are just as important to us as organic and sustainable agriculture. The milk that we use for our coffee creations comes from the best Demeter quality. Because not only the happiness of our guests, but also the happiness of the cows is important to us!
