If you're looking for the best coffee in Omsk, go to Skuratov! This family oriented Cafe/Restaurant will provide a substantial snack any time. Pop in for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a light lunch or supper - they provide it all! Most coffee shops have "ok" coffee. Nothing too great. However I LOVE skuratov. Their teas are yum too. It also has such a fun vibe to the shop. The workers are always very helpful and kind.
