In 1994, Cage Kiln took the first steps of his adventure by producing homemade desserts for cafes in Ankara with his own small sales unit. For his valuable customers, he constantly developed himself to be an important part of the journey that connects the east and the west of the city and gradually became an Ankara classic. The biggest advantage of this trip was that he always greeted his regulars with a warm smile.
