Küsbeoğlu family started its commercial life 160 years ago by M. Ali Küsbeoğlu in the apple market of Gaziantep with the sale of plain oil and honey. In the following years, the second generation representative Mim Sait Küsbeoğlu and the third generation representative Müslüm Küsbeoğlu continued the same work. 4. Generation representative Mehmet Sait Küsbeoğlu founded the kadayıf factory in 1968 in Şıhcan district of Gaziantep. Sait master has integrated the mebrum and other kadayif varieties of Aleppo with the flavor of Gaziantep and offered them to customers with a different privilege and special presentations.
