With a wine list of over 300 bottles, an intricately crafted seasonal menu and a name inspired by a scene from George Orwell’s own memoirs, Dear Sainte Éloise is bringing a touch of casual sophistication to Potts Point. This exotic little wine bar offers you the team that made Love and Tilly Devine Foundation Darlinghurst - Matt Swieboda, Jasmin Natterer and Nathaniel Hatwell. Together, this gang of industry veterans has created a relaxing retreat with a strong focus on good seasonal food and world-class wine. The extensive wine list, chosen by the expert trio, hopes to celebrate the classics. With the aim of being as diverse and deep as possible, pioneers will be able to savor the drops produced by some of the world's most spectacular small arms, as well as the well-established winemakers that the Dear Sainte Éloise team often believes are being ignored. A new and seasonal listing, prepared by Love, graduates of Tilly Devine, Ben Abiad, completes the organized selection of Venue. Bin Al-Basis’s main focus is on establishing a happy marriage between all Sainte Éloise producers and their ingredients, and how the dish strikes.
