One of the ideologists of the bar is Nazar Makarov, the titled bartender of Ukraine, the winner of the World Class Ukraine 2018 bar art championship and the head bartender of the BARVY restaurant. According to Nazar, F.U.L.L. bar is more than just an establishment. This is a space for true connoisseurs of bar culture who love cocktails and are conscious of alcohol consumption.
