Ministry of Crab is nestled inside the oldest building in Colombo, the Old Dutch Hospital. It is a venture between Darshan Munidasa of Nihonbashi Japanese Restaurants in Colombo and Sri Lankan cricketing icons Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara.
