We started our service with a modest boat on the coast of Yeniköy Kalender which is the pearl of Bosphorus in 1997 with FİSHVAR YÜZER BALIK LOKANTASI which we opened in 1998. Despite the ending of the dinner feasts on the boat with the unique view of the Bosphorus accompanied by delightful fishing boats, we took the old Istinye Süreyya Restaurant in September 2004 and gave it our tastes. FİSHVAR brand has been registered for the protection of name. We are offering our service to our customers with our glamorous face, cleanliness, freshness and reasonable prices, which we always offer by adopting the principle of "diagnosis of your fish and diagnosis of fisherman".
