A WORLD OF DELICIOUSNES! Vippa is a vibrant and laid back food court where you can find food from all corners of the world: chinese dumplings, spanish paella, norwegian sveler, and a whole lot more! We focus on local and sustainable produce, and are proud to work closely with a number of farmers in the Oslo region. Vippa has a capacity of 600 people, and for smaller groups it’s usually easy to find seating. For groups of 20 or more however, we recommend making a reservation. We see food as a way to stimulate dialogue amongst citizens and best agricultural practises as a best way to feed them. We feel obliged, by today social and cultural unrest, to create a space - a common platform where these best practises could serve as links between cultures, languages and cuisines in the act of moving forward. On the edge of the land facing the Oslo fjords, Vippa also stand as a welcoming dwelling to guests and food enthusiasts to experience delicious food in an environment charged with great energy! Vippa is home to 11 different food stands, and we can offer a wide selection of cuisines, ranging from traditional Norwegian to Arabic specialities. The majority of our ingredients are ecological and produced by farmers in the Oslo region, and we have numerous vegan and allergen-free options.
