We work in our restaurant, to the extent possible, with organic and / or fair trade products and natural meat. All preparations are home-made with fresh products, the ice cream is artisanally prepared and comes from De Ijsster. We pay a lot of attention to people with intolerances (gluten, lactose, nuts, ...), so in our menu the allergens are indicated for each dish.
