That trip to Italy was what took us to where we are today, to Trastevere Restaurant. A little piece of that neighborhood of Rome that enamored us, its narrow streets of earth colors, its culture, its gastronomy ... Since we could not stay there, Rome would come to us ... This is how we made our new concept of gastronomy, Extremeños products and Italian cuisine, thus joining two cultures giving rise to a new concept of cooking, the # Italoextremeña cuisine. And as in every story and as in every kitchen, a character appeared to bring a special value to our concept, an Argentine chef of Italian blood, who achieved the perfect union between Extremadura and Italy, with his knowledge of roasts, pasta and other dishes like our Milanese Italian style, unique in the world. Today we continue writing this beautiful story of two cultures in love, of two gastronomies united by Argentine hands, and seasoned with the best wines of both lands ...
