All the time, we have been busy preparing good food, based on fresh and good ingredients, at the best possible price for the guest. With us you will find homemade food made from scratch, with love and knowledge for the subject. Our menus are based on the best available ingredients in the particular season, from our good hand-picked suppliers. The menus are mainly based on Norwegian ingredients mixed with the best of the continental cuisine. We change our a la carte menu 3-4 times a year, to give our guests new and exciting dining experiences. All our creative and skilled chefs are involved in the whole process when composing new menus.
